Salmon spinach wrap


About the recipe:

This delicious wrap is packed with vitamins A, B-6, B-12, C, Iron, Calcium and fiber. Its an apt and wholesome meal which is easy to cook and can be done in minutes.


  • Whole wheat chapathi / Tortilla
  • Onion chopped
  • Capsicum chopped
  • Spinach
  • Salmon sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli powder to taste
  • Mayonnaise

NB: The amount of veggies and salmon can be added as per personal preference. Whole wheat chapathi made at home is a healthier choice.


Add a few drops of oil and saute the veggies separately.  Add salt and chilli powder to the sliced salmon and saute them in a few drops of oil till its well cooked. Now place the chapathi/tortilla on a plate, arrange the veggies and salmon, top it up with mayonnaise and wrap it. Delicious and healthy salmon spinach wrap is ready.
